Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ReelRank collects and why. We aim to collect as little as possible and handle it in line with India's DPDP Act and the GDPR where applicable.

1. What we collect

Audit content — the product description, platform, reel script and any funnel numbers you submit, plus the generated audit. A visitor identifier — a random ID stored in a first-party cookie to enforce free-tier limits and (on paid plans) keep your audit history. Email — only if you join our list or buy a plan. Payment metadata — order status from Razorpay/Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use it

To generate your audit, enforce plan limits, process payments, send product email you opted into, and improve the Service. We do not sell your data.

3. AI processing

Your script is sent to a large-language-model backend to produce the audit. We do not use your private submissions to train public models.

4. Cookies

We use one essential first-party cookie for the visitor identifier and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across other sites.

5. Retention & your rights

You can request deletion of your data and email list removal at any time. We retain order records as required for tax and accounting.
