Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want ReelRank to earn its keep. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid plans (Creator and Studio).

1. Cancellation

Plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not auto-charge after you cancel.

2. 7-day refund on first payment

If you're unhappy with your firstpayment on a plan, email us within 7 days and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.

3. Renewals

Subsequent monthly renewals are generally non-refundable once the new period begins, since access and AI usage are delivered immediately. If something genuinely went wrong (an outage, a double charge), contact us and we'll make it right.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe, usually within 5–7 business days.
